Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8am to noon who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Emergencies can be things such as a snake bite, hit by car, heat stroke or chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. In cases where the hospital has already closed, there is information on our answering machine giving you the closest emergency clinic available to the Fountain Hills area.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen immediately. Calling ahead of time will allow our receptionists can give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Payments

Fountain Hills Veterinary Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Care Credit or Discover. Please be aware that in order to continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all proceedures, surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Discounts

Fountain Hills Veterinary Hospital offers discounted services to senior citizens.

Starting October 1st we will offer a discount for Active Military and Veterans. Present your military I.D. and receive 10% off your entire bill any day of the week! We support our troops.

We also participate in the Value mailer program here in the Fountain Hills area. Please look for our coupons there or feel free to call us for more information.
